I recently bought an LCD TV, and I just wanted to say that your website was by far the best. It was the easiest to navigate thru, and the most informative about the products. I researched this purscase heavily before I finally decided on an LG 47" LH30. I absolutely love the tv. It is awesome. One of the best pictures I've seen on a tv. Thank you Big Sandy!

Hope all is well with you and yours. I have to tell you the funniest story. Stephan's youngest son..Sammy...just turned 3 years old. He is definitely a bright spot and a gift from God to us. They live next door to us and we watch Sammy while they work and go to school and he just about stays here most of the time. We have done some extensive remodeling and additions to our house and had to store some furniture in the storage buildings across from your Rt 60 store. We had him with us yesterday and went to the storage unit. As we were sitting at the stop sign waiting to pull out I told Larry that I wanted to run into the store there. He bought a plasma TV just before Christmas and I wanted to check on a unit to set it in. We have some extra money coming soon so I said, "I want to go in here and look around. I don't intend to buy today but I want to dream a little."

Sam was fascinated by the store...he ran from couch to couch and kept saying... "I've never been in a place like this before" He found a "comfy" chair where the TV's were and took off his jacket and shoes before we knew what he was doing. We found a unit we liked and actually went ahead and bought one. This evening we were going to eat and had him with us again. About the time we got to the police barracks he was chattering like crazy from the back seat. He kept saying he wanted to go to the "dream" store again. I asked him what he was talking about and he said..."you know...the blue one" I asked him if he meant Lowe's where he had looked at lawnmowers with Larry the day before...Lowes is blue..right? He said.."No, gwamma...the blue one where you can dream." About that time the light went on and I asked him if he meant the store with all the couches and TV's. He said "yep...he wanted to go back there to dream some more." It was so funny. He is so mature for his age and the things he says never ceases to amaze us. Maybe you could start a new slogan....Big Sandy Superstores...the store where you can dream... I have attached a picture of him...you can see the sparkle in his eyes.

My husband and I ordered a bed from the Parkersburg store, Saturday, December 13th to be delivered Friday, December 19th.

First of all the sales lady was Eunice, she was wonderful, full of info, not pushy, just helpful. I commend her immensely. The lady that finished the sale, Cheryl, was more than polite. I commend her immensely.

They called yesterday morning and gave a three hour span as to when they were arriving. They arrived exactly as they had predicted. The two young men were extremely cordial, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I feel they should equally be commended.

I absolutely love the furniture, cannot be more satisfied. I just commend your company highly. Thanks so much for having employees who care about their jobs and care about their customers. Again, thank you and happy holidays to all.

We recently made our first visit to Big Sandy Superstore in Parkersburg, WV. They have a huge selection of furniture. We were immediately met by a wonderful salesperson (Arlene), who guided us to our preference, taste, and price range. Thank you!

Would like take time out to say how much I appreciate the store welcome and the knowledge of the sales rep. that I had the pleasure of getting when I came into the Pikeville store to purchase a Plasma TV. I asked questions like if you were buying what would you buy for you and your family. I returned about 9 months later to find that the sales rep. had been moved to the Paintsville store so I went there to shop. He definitely knows his merchandise and has a very pleasant and well-mannered disposition. I am glad to know that Brent Vanover has been returned to the Pikeville Store. Thank you so much Big Sandy Superstore. I also took my aunt to the Pikeville store as well she was very impressed with Mr. Vanover. Enough until she bought 2 flat screen TV's and that took some doing. She was and still is pleased with her purchase and the salesman and his knowledge about the product.

I have made the purchase of your featured traditional living room setting, and I must say it is gorgeous.

I must mention the helpfulness and complete generosity of one of your salespeople in the Ashland, KY store. His first name is Bobby and I didn't catch the last name, but he made our purchase the most enjoyable experience I have had in years, with salespeople. This gentleman was genuinely helpful, informative about the product and very pleasant. You should be very proud to have a dedicated employee of this magnitude.

I will recommend my acquaintances to request his assistance, when purchasing new furniture.

My wife and I purchased a sofa and two recliners Saturday the 8th of March. We made the purchase in Kenova. The sales lady was great. The items were delivered, one chair is on back order, the delivery guys were great. Big Sandy has great people. We will continue to shop and purchase with you.

Just wanted to pass on my praise for the excellent job that the delivery men did last Wednesday, March 18th. The office made a clerical error and our furniture was not delivered on Tuesday as scheduled and I was very upset about the situation. Mrs. Kirkpatrick at the Pikeville Store arranged to have my furniture delivered on Wednesday to correct their mistake. I was afraid that the delivery men would be upset about having to make an additional delivery and would not do a "good" job bringing in the furniture. They were excellent. They brought in my dining room table and set it up with great care and then brought in the living room furniture. The gentlemen were polite, courteous and very hard-working. They cleaned up the mess from the packing materials and did an excellent job. I am sorry to say that I did not get their names, but I am sure that you can pass the word on to them.

I have dealt with your company years ago and was very pleased. I just heard that you have a new program NO CREDIT CHECK, what a wonderful thing. Because a few years ago my husband lost his job and we had to file chapter 13 we have been unable to get credit. I had tried in our local Big Sandy and was turned down so I had to go to a rent to own. It's very expensive, but had no choice. I have bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer. I have payed them all off. Never missed a payment. It is nice to know that someone will give you a chance. Our bankruptcy was 100% payback we could have filed 7 but wanted to make sure everyone got the money we owed. I haven't seen exactly how your no credit check works, however I did read the requirements on Job and bank accounts. I am not looking now but will be checking into this for the future.

I used the web site to help me find what I wanted and ordered it over the phone at the Hurricane, WV store. Russ assisted me with the order and I was able to order my Father's bedroom furniture for his new assisted living home, also in Hurricane. I live in Central Ohio, and the web site and great customer service allowed me the flexibility to get what I wanted for my Dad - long distance - and in a short amount of time. Thanks!

My husband and I recently purchased a big screen TV, new mattress set, entertainment center, and a sectional from the Paintsville, KY location. I normally don't feel the need to fill out feedback surveys but I just wanted someone to know that the experience was a great one. Ms. Robinette was very knowledgable and very pleasant to work with. Your manager at the Pikeville KY Big Sandy Store, Tim Perry, went above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I had been through a bad experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth, but Tim Perry gave excellent service and went above and beyond to make this right. YOU need more managers like him.
