Included:
- Conduct a room overview upon arrival to determine type of installation needed
- Mount customer-supplied mounting bracket to standard frame wall
- Secure and mount your flat panel TV (up to 32") to bracket
- Connect TV power supply to nearest outlet
- Attach customer supplied cables from the TV to the tuner, audio/video source or cable connection
- Cables will be neatly hidden behind a wire molding
- Connect newly purchased audio/video components in same room as TV
- Program the basic functions of your remote control devices
- Clean up word area and remove installation supplies
- Brief demonstration of how your new Flat-Panel TV operates
- Mount Flat Panel TV up to 6 feet off ground

- Concealing cables from the TV to the video source thru standard frame walls
- Set up newly purchased surround sound system (in wall wiring not included)
- 90 Days of technical support-installation issues only
Not Included:
- Relocating electrical outlet
- Mounting TV more then 6 feet is available with additional charges
- Rearranging Furniture to prepare are TV is to be mounted
- Additional services are available with an hourly rate of $99 per hour
- Other holes drilled, wires hidden within walls or any type of custom in-wall wiring (beyond the flat panel TV to source component wiring)
- Mounting above fireplace will require extra labor hours-technician will give estimate at time of set up.
Additional installation requirements could cost extra. At time of pre-installation, technician will verify that basic or deluxe package will be sufficient for the installation.
