Big Sandy Superstores Online Return Policy

 

 

A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, echanges and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • A one-time reselection, of equal or greater value, or return is allowed within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Your reselection must occur within 7 days after contacting your local Big Sandy Superstore.
  • Delivery is a service and the delivery fee is non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all reselections and returns.
  • All return merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund amount (restocking fee is waived for all reselections).
  • Custom order items are not eligible for return or reselection.
  • Orders delivered with Big Sandy Superstore's nationwide delivery are NOT eligible for return.

 

In addition, the following conditions will apply depending on the products purchased

Appliances and Electronics are subject to the following:

Appliances and Electronics must be inspected at the time of delivery.
All appliances and electronics purchases are subject to the manufacturer's warranty once delivery of damage free merchandise has been accepted. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Any physical damage to the carton or item packaging must be notated on the delivery ticket before signing to accept your merchandise. If the item appears to have suffered physical damage while in transit, please refuse the delivery. If your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. 

If a residential appliance or HDTV is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is voided.
If the unit is transferred outside of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is voided.
We are not responsible for any installation charges when Big Sandy Superstores or the manufacturer authorize a replacement on a unit.

Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery receipt. Please contact the manufacturer directly to order any missing parts


Accepting delivery of your merchandise.

  • Item packaging may incur scuffs or scrapes during transit and should be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting delivery.
  • If your merchandise appears to have suffered significant damage during transit, do not accept the delivery.
  • After signing for and accepting your item as damage free, inspect contents thoroughly for any concealed damage.
  • Concealed damages must be reported with 48 hrs of accepting delivery.
  • All returns are subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee.
