Free Site to Store Pickup

You may pick up your purchased product(s) at our main distribution center or at one our store locations. Items will remain in factory packaging and may require some assembly. We will help load your vehicle, but are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the merchandise transported. Store locations are limited on space and therefore, merchandise not picked up on the scheduled date may be transferred back to the distribution center. If you're unable to pick up on the scheduled date please notify us to make future arrangements. Pickup hours from our distribution center are 10am-8pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday. Sunday pickup is not available at our distribution center. Pickup hours at the store locations vary and should be verified per location.

Big Sandy offers several shipping and delivery options depending on the final destination of your merchandise.

White Glove Delivery is available to most areas within 50 miles of any Big Sandy Superstore location. White glove includes delivery inside the home, to the room of your choice, product setup and package removal (please note that some items may be out of packaging for inspection). A customer service member will contact you within 72 hours to make delivery arrangements for in-stock merchandise shipments. Product setup is available for living room, bedroom, dining and mattresses. Appliance setup requires purchase of needed accessories (cords, vent hoses, water line kits, etc.). We will install pedestals purchased with washers and dryers, unpack, inspect and level appliances. We will plug in and test to ensure appliances and electronics are working properly. On delivery day, please have the room appropriately cleared to make room for your items. Please make sure to inspect your items and notate any damage on your signed delivery receipt. The driver will alert the delivery department and/or freight company. Depending on the severity of the damage, we will repair or, at our option, replace the item. Any concealed damages must be reported within 72 hours of merchandise delivery, with photographs and descriptions of the damage.

Curbside Shipping is available for $99 to the continental United States. Items eligible for this shipping method are determined at checkout. Eligible item(s) totaling $999 or greater will ship FREE, however some zones my incur a freight surcharge (please see delivery map). We will notify you of any applicable surcharge prior to shipping. Curbside service includes delivery to the driveway or doorstep to the address provided at purchase. A customer service member will contact you within 72 hours to make delivery arrangements for in-stock merchandise shipments. For orders shipping outside of our local delivery area, you may be contacted by a freight carrier representative to make arrangements for final delivery. The customer, or another adult designated by them, must be present to sign for and accept delivery- our carriers cannot leave shipments unattended. Please make sure to inspect your items and notate any damage on your signed delivery receipt. The driver will alert the delivery department and/or freight company. Local Delivery Area Our local delivery area includes cities within approximately 50 miles of a Big Sandy Superstore location.

What time is my delivery?

The delivery department will contact you the day prior to your scheduled delivery to confirm and an estimated 4 hour delivery time frame will be provided. We will make every possible effort to arrive within the provided window but please be aware this is an estimate. Traffic, road conditions, accidents, etc. can affect the actual arrival time.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Delivery

Please keep in mind that we deliver to hundreds of your friends and neighbors each week. In order to serve everyone fairly, we request 48 hours notice to make a change in your delivery appointment.

Please note orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Once the item has been signed for as damage free, if an unauthorized return is requested, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping restrictions and exceptions- In rare instances, due to shipping restrictions or availability, we may discover we are unable to fulfill an order. Should this occur the customer will be notified, the order will be canceled and a full refund issued to the customer.
