Big Sandy Superstore Give Back in BIG Ways. We support numerous local teams and organizations throughout our communities. In addition to these local sponsorships, we have chosen to focus on three inititiaves to help local veterans and families in need get the home furnishing and appliances they need.
Help for Heroes: In 2021 Big Sandy Superstore gave 50 local veterans either a power lift recliner or mattress with adjustable base. These local heroes were given products designed to ease the daily struggles veterans with disabilities and health issues face. We are proud to support veterans and honor their sacrifices.

Homes of Hope: Since 2019, Big Sandy Superstore has proudly given 125 families in need a home full of furniture and appliances. Local deserving families were nominated by friends, family and neighbors. Past recipients have received living room furniture, bedroom suites and mattresses, dining sets, beds and mattresses for each child, and a laundry pair.

Ashland Build-a-Bed
Ashland Build a Bed services 5 Kentucky counties where many children are without beds of their own or not enough beds in their home.
The primary goal is to provide a space for each child in the home to have a bed complete with mattress, sheets, comforter, pillows and nighttime hygiene necessities.
Since 2019, nearly 1,000 beds have been distributed to families across our 5 county region.
