4-Hour Delivery Window

Our delivery department will call/or text you, the day before your delivery (Noon to 4pm), with an estimated 4-hour delivery window. If this window will not work within your schedule, we can reschedule your delivery date for one that suits your schedule.

We strive to be as accurate in these estimates as possible, but these times are not guaranteed. You will receive a text with a link to track your delivery as well as a picture to view the driver who will be making your delivery.

If your schedule changes, or you're unable to accept delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. Our drivers are equipped with mobile phones and will call prior to arrival, provided cellular service is available. We do not deliver all areas daily. Please see your Sales Professional for the available schedule to your home. If you need to contact our Delivery Department, you may call them directly at 740-574-0899.

Steps to Make Your Local* Delivery a Success

Invoice Review

Please review all your selected items to insure they are on the invoice and confirm your order has the correct delivery date.

Home Preparation

Secure your home by covering exposed floors and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the delivery path. Stairways and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. Big Sandy Superstore is not responsible for damages to items, flooring or walls that are not properly protected. Big Sandy Superstore is not responsible for moving existing furniture in your home. In preparation for delivery, you will need to select from the following options for delivery.

Room Ready: Prior to the Delivery Team's arrival you will remove old or existing furniture from the room where the new delivered furniture will be placed and the room will be ready for the delivery of the new merchandise.

Room Setup: You may select to purchase the ROOM SETUP option for $29.99 in which our Delivery Team will move "Like for Like" existing furniture to another room. Existing furniture will only be moved to the same floor/level of the home. Drivers are unable to transport any items from the home to another location.

What to Expect from Your White Glove Delivery

Prior to delivery we will uncrate, remove all packing materials, and inspect for visual product damage. If you prefer the product remains unopened, please let your sales professional know when scheduling delivery. With purchase of the necessary accessories our Delivery Teams will connect your appliances to existing water sources, electrical outlets, drains, and dryer exhaust ducts.

Please note that Delivery Teams are unable to access areas outside the room housing the appliance/furniture. Areas including, but not limited to, attics, and crawlspaces will not be accessible by your Delivery Team. Unfinished connections will prevent completion by the delivery team. If deemed unsafe by the delivery team, we reserve the right to leave the appliance unconnected. Each unit will be leveled, cleaned, and tested for operation (when connecting applies). Shipping pins will be removed at the time of delivery. If you wish to keep the shipping pins in place, please let the delivery team know.

Delivery FAQs

What is Local Curbside Delivery?

Local Curbside Delivery is handled by local Big Sandy Delivery teams. Your items are transported and delivered to the driveway or doorstep at the address provided at time of purchase. Customers are responsible for transferring the merchandise into the home as well as assembling any necessary components.

What if my Item is Shipped with Nationwide Shipping?

Nationwide shipping is a curbside service, available for $99 to the continental United States, Eligible item(s) totaling $1499 or greater will ship FREE, however some zones my incur a freight surcharge (please see delivery map). We will notify you of any applicable surcharge prior to shipping. Items are shipped via common freight carrier from Big Sandy Distribution Center. Curbside service includes delivery to the driveway or doorstep to the address provided at time of purchase.

Tracking information will be provided once your order is collected by the freight carrier who will contact you directly to arrange the final delivery date. Before Accepting delivery of your merchandise, please consider the following:

  • Item packaging may incur scuffs or scrapes during transit and should be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting delivery.
  • If your merchandise appears to have suffered significant damage during transit, do not accept the delivery.
  • After signing for and accepting your item as damage free, inspect contents thoroughly for any concealed damage.
  • Concealed damages must be reported within 48 hrs of accepting delivery.
  • Orders delivered with Big Sandy Superstore's nationwide delivery are NOT eligible for return.

In addition, the following conditions will apply depending on the products purchased. Appliances and Electronics are subject to the following:

Appliances and Electronics must be inspected at the time of delivery. All appliances and electronics purchases are subject to the manufacturer's warranty once delivery of damage free merchandise has been accepted. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Any physical damage to the carton or item packaging must be notated on the delivery ticket before signing to accept your merchandise. If the item appears to have suffered physical damage while in transit, please refuse the delivery. If your item is defective after the first use, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature.

If a residential appliance or HDTV is installed in a commercial location, the warranty is voided. If the unit is transferred outside of the continental United States, the manufacturer warranty is voided. We are not responsible for any installation charges when Big Sandy Superstores or the manufacturer authorize a replacement on a unit. Missing parts are covered within the first 30 days upon delivery receipt. Please contact the manufacturer directly to order any missing parts.

What Happens if I Need Special Arrangements for Delivery?

Some locations could need special arrangements in order for us to deliver your product. Will our Big Sandy Delivery Team need to make any special arrangements to get to your home? Examples include crossing toll roads, ferries, restricted bridges, gated communities, low or narrow overpasses, unfinished driveways and areas where turnarounds are difficult. If so, please let us know as soon as possible to prevent delays in getting your delivery completed.

What if My Product Arrives Damaged?

At Big Sandy Superstore we strive for a perfect delivery each and every time but unfortunately when handling large, bulky products a mishap can occur. If we deliver your product "damaged" we have 3 options to help remedy this situation:

  • For minor or "hidden damages, we can offer a solution to keep the product as is. (Have your driver call delivery office).
  • If you would like to keep the product in home, we have factory-trained technicians who are able to re-manufacture your item back to, or greater than, manufacturer specifications.* (You can text 740-259-3123 with invoice # and issue to help expedite service).

You can refuse the damaged item and we will work to get a new delivery set up for you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to liability purposes, we are not allowed to leave damaged items in the home for exchange at a later date. (Have your driver call delivery office to reschedule delivery.)

*On appliances with front damage, we can order new doors so you can have the convenience of keeping in home and waiting for a new door (please allow up to 6-8 weeks for new door)

Can I Pick-up My Product?

For your convenience you may pick up your purchased product(s) at our primary distribution center in Franklin Furnace, OH or at one our store locations. Items will remain in factory packaging and may require some assembly. We will help load products to your vehicle, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the merchandise transported. Store locations are limited on space and therefore, merchandise not picked up on the scheduled date may be transferred back to the distribution center. If you're unable to pick up on the scheduled date please notify us to make future arrangements. Pick-up hours from our distribution center are 10am-8pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday. Sunday pickup is not available at our distribution center. Pick-up hours at the store locations vary and should be verified per location. In the event pick-up merchandise is approved for return or exchange you are responsible for returning the merchandise to Big Sandy Superstore. You may also choose to purchase return delivery through Big Sandy Superstore, at the current delivery rate.

Can You Remove My Old Mattress or Appliance?

Big Sandy Delivery Teams will haul away "Like for Like" qualifying item (Mattresses/Appliance) for $19.99. If additional items require haul-away, they will incur a $10 charge per item. To protect the health and safety of our associates, we must refuse removal of heavily soiled or stained mattresses and any appliance not fit to be put on our trucks. Big Sandy delivery teams are unable to haul away any furniture. If the Haul Off has not been requested prior to the day of delivery, we are unable to accommodate the haul off request.

What is Big Sandy's Return, Exchange Refund Policy?

A receipt and return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original payment. Refunds, exchanges, and re-selections are issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • A one-time reselection, of equal or greater value, or return is allowed within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Your reselection must occur within 7 days after contacting your local Big Sandy Superstore.
  • Delivery is a service and the original delivery fee is non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all reselections, service exchanges and returns.
  • All return merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund amount. (The restocking fee is waived for all reselections.)
  • Custom order items are not available for reselection or return.
  • Orders delivered using Big Sandy Superstore's nationwide delivery are NOT eligible for return.

What is Big Sandy's Mattress Comfort Guarantee

Big Sandy Superstore "Sleep Solutions" offers a 120 Night Comfort Trial on qualifying premium, ultra-premium, and luxury bedding with the purchase of an approved mattress protector.

If you elect to take advantage of our Sleep Solutions 120 Night Comfort Trial, we request you sleep on your new mattress a minimum of 30 nights to allow your new sleep system to adjust and conform to your body.

If, after 30 days, you are still not comfortable on your new sleep system, we will gladly allow you a one-time re-selection of a new sleep system of equal or greater value up to 120 nights.

Your one-time re-selection will incur a small $89.99 re-delivery fee.

Foundations, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and power bases are excluded from the 120 night comfort guarantee and, due to their personal nature, are non-returnable.

California king and split king size mattresses are considered special order product and are excluded from the 120 night comfort guarantee and, due to their custom nature, are non-returnable.

What if I Cancel My Order Prior to Delivery?

Local* delivery purchases may cancel and receive refund (less special order merchandise deposit or other applicable fees) if canceled with original purchase location, no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. Credit Card or Big Sandy Financing purchases will be credited back to the original account. Cash or Check purchases will receive a physical check mailed to the address on your account within 10 business days of cancellation.

  • Television and wall mount must be new and provided by customers.
  • Installation on walls consisting of wood or drywall. Installations to other surfaces are available for additional cost.
  • Please note that all installations must be accepted by an adult (at least 18 years of age).
  • Our team will provide you with a 4 hour window, and our team will call/ email you the night before with an estimated window of arrival.
