Product Overview

Adapter bars are included with the unit to hold smaller pans when necessary. To maintain ingredient freshness, each compartment is fitted with an insulated lid. Other perishable ingredients can be held in the refrigerated base located beneath the workspace, which has three self-closing solid doors—two right hinged and one left hinged. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant ensures the unit generates safe temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. While its fin and tube condenser maximizes efficiency in hot ambient settings, the cabinet's high-density polyurethane insulation minimizes temperature fluctuations for energy conservation. Users can modify and monitor cabinet temperatures with the externally mounted temperature control panel. To reduce frost buildup, its control system includes an automatic defrost cooling system.
