This purchase should have come with a free pillow and didn't. I took the quiz and I don't believe my concerns were addressed with this selection. Do NOT buy online, worse decision for us.

Defective Mattress and Impossible Returns! Total lies!

The mattress came over and inch and a half too thin...and yes we waited weeks for it to "blossom". There are ridges in it, too. We emailed to report the problem and they take no accountability and force you to call them and they have super limited hours. This company is a total scam and I recommend never purchasing anything from them!

Shouldve bought sooner!

Excellent mattress! My back and shoulder pains have decreased dramatically! Bed conforms to your body and feels like a supportive cloud. Price is 1000% WORTH IT.

Best mattress I have ever owned. My pain is not bad in the morning anymore with my back. Gives great support to all parts of the body. I will continue for the rest of my life to buy this mattress.

No, the support isn't as good as expected.

My wife likes our 8 year old mattress better. She says purple is not terrible. I'm a little disappointed as the support isn't as good as I expected, sometimes I wake i up with my back a little sore. We got the mid firm maybe full firm would have been better.

Expensive for the quality

The mattress is fine. No complaints. I like my iConforr mattress better. For as much as we paid, I had much higher expectations.

Never wake up with pain!

Before my Purple mattress I had a faux Tempur-pedic like mattress, and the difference is night and day by far! I'd wake up stiff, sore, and hot...always having to adjust myself. Not with my Purple tho!

I purchased a Purple Restore Soft mattress based on the advertised 100-night trial and "No-Risk" language, which strongly suggests free return and refund. The product page and checkout never mentioned a $250 return fee. Only after initiating the return was this fee revealed. When I escalated to a supervisor, they refused to waive it, even though the fee was not disclosed upfront. This hidden cost contradicts the spirit of the "No-Risk Trial" and undermines consumer trust. I hope Purple improves clarity in its return policy to match its advertised commitments.

Moving and other life events have me super stressed, but I'm still getting a good nights sleep thanks to this mattress!

After 1.5 years, I wouldn't buy it again

Before I bought, I looked to see if there was an advised weight range (I'm a 6'2", 260 lb woman). There wasn't, and I slept well on a friend's guest bed, so I bought anyway. I liked it a lot for a while, but after 1.5-ish years, I wish I had a different mattress. I'm pushed to the indent in the middle when I'm laying on it, and that hyperflexes my spine in a side-lying position which is painful. This makes me flip to my back in my sleep where I have a harder time breathing. It's cool when I get into it at the beginning of the night, but it's so hot still when I come back from feeding my baby in the middle of the night. All-in-all 1.5 years later I sleep worse and wake up sorer than I ever have, and that on top of waking with a baby multiple times a night means I really don't get very much quality sleep at all.

Queen mattress

I have happy with my purple queen mattress, I feel like a queen! I sleep with no problem since I have this bed, been sleeping good day and night, back pain is gone!!!
