It's too bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've repaired the ice machine several times with this refrigerator. I won't buy a Samsung refrigerator next time.

Do not buy

We bought this in 2021 and the ice maker has been a nightmare since 2022 3 people out to "fix" which consisted of using a hair dryer to thaw it out, which I had done myself. The last guy said sorry it can not be fixed. He even said samsung won't do anything about it.

Terrible

Not enough height between shelves. Can’t find info on filter replacement. Have been having trouble connecting with app to find out info about this product. It’s so frustrating

Want a permanent fix for this MESS

Responding to Reference # 1146650012 regarding RF27T5201WW, this refrigerator doesn't get one star. Zero stars wasn't an option. We have viewed multiple articles and  videos, been on forums and unthawed the ice maker countless times -- to have it regularly refreeze.  Ditto the cleaning of the shelves -- repeatedly.  IT IS RIDICULOUS and ABSURD to have this kind of DAILY maintenance on a refrigerator freezer that cost this much and only after a year or two!!!!!!!!!!!! The ice maker DOESN"T WORK and the shelving looks ashamedly TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE refrigerator/freezer

NO stars, actually. RUN as far away from Samsung refrigerators as possible. I will never have another Samsung appliance. Our refrigerator -- only a couple of years old was beautiful but the ice maker freezes over constantly so we no longer have the dispenser on the door working for that. The refrigerator shelving inside is impossible to get out and clean and they are unsealed so spills leak under and around the shelves and are visible and unappealing. My husband is very handy and fixes everything for us from appliances to home and auto repair. With no support from Samsung and no fix, THIS has been exasperating and disappointing for the money spent on, supposedly, a nice refrigerator/freezer for our home.

Smooth design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our French Door Sansung refrigerator about a month ago. Couldn't be happier with quality construction, ease of operation, and all the space.

Loved the French Doors, and performance, until

the ice maker is disastrous, worked fine for three years but a problem for the last year, looking at over $900 for a repair. not long for the life of a $2,500 frig.

Great product...but NO external light!

we owned a side-by-side samsung fridge previously and it had led lighting, including a nice light on the external water dispenser that would turn on when filling up. i never would've thought a newer model would remove this feature. after reading many reviews and not seeing this huge oversight by the design team, i wanted to make sure folks who purchase this unit know it does not have an external light. if you are planning to fill up your water without turning on the lights, you'll have to come up with a hack like we did in the photo and use a magnetic flashlight...very poor design flaw samsung!

Constant Ice Maker Issues

Purchased this fridge in 2020 and have had problems with the ice maker since we purchased it. Samsung comes our and repairs it, it works for a while and then just stops working again. Its not working right now and I have yet another call in for a repair. Thankfully they have covered the repairs even though the warranty ended in 2021 sine it hasn't worked right since purchase. I love the size of the fridge and everything else about it, just wish the ice maker worked correctly. This will be my last purchase of a Samsung appliance due to the issues and annoyance in keep having to go through all these stupid steps to get them out to repair it.

Workhorse Fridge

Have owned this for 2 years in a condo at the beach. It has been a workhorse and guests have loved the extra storage and features. Only wish it had a butter and cheese storage shelf in the door. Other than that it has been excellent. Highly recommend!
