I dont have a question, however I do want to thank the mattress guy Jim located at the Teays Valley, West Virginia store for saving my holiday. My finance and I went into the store to shop for furniture and a new mattress. As we where testing out the mattress I lost my wallet which contained $600+ in cash, my ID and bank cards. We called and spoke with a very nice lady at the store who said she would check for it. Jim was off the next day so we had to wait until today to speak to him. Gratefully he called with the good news confirming he found it. This was a blessing. We foster children and wanted to up size our furniture to make more family room. We purchased new furniture two years ago but its not family style seating. Thanks to Jim and his honesty we will forever buy from Big Sandy Teays Valley store and refer any and everyone to him for all future buys. There is still good people in the world everyone kept telling me as I looked for my wallet. Thanks Jim and we are forever happy to do business with an honest man. ~Simon L.
I purchased a loveseat and sofa from your Pikevile store, and I was so impressed with one of your sales associates, Johnny Robinson. Johnny was so helpful when it came to assisting me in selecting the type of furniture that met my needs. He was so knowledgable and polite and he made me feel so welcome and comfortable in the store. It is rare that I've found a salesman that doesn't fit into the negative stereotypes, but Johnny certainly doesn't. Because of his hospitality, knowledge, and helpfulness, I will be a returning customer, and I will be recommending Johnny and your Pikeville store to everyone I know that is looking to purchase furniture. Great People! - Best Prices around! I bought an LG TV From Big Sandy…everybody else have to lower their prices $500 dollars just to match the prices from Big Sandy…this was a no brainier deal! I'll take my business to the guys who starts with the lowest fair prices. ( they even beat the prices on Amazon too )…but I had a problem with the sound quality coming thru the new TV…we had AT&T upgrade our receiver box…now everything is great! ~Satisfied Customer
I went into Big Sandys and was greeted right away and then the lady that greeted us gave us our space and when we was ready with questions she was happy to help. She showed us samples that really helped us make up our mind on what we wanted to sit on which was the memory foam cushions. We loved our visit . When my dishwasher died unexpectedly on Dec 28, 2013, my husband wanted to go to Home Depot in Teays Valley. We were told that the LG dishwasher we wanted to purchase wasn't in stock at the store, and wouldn't be available until 1/2/2014. Not only was I not willing to go without a dishwasher for 6 days but we had 40 people coming to our home for a New Years Eve party we were hosting. I immediately went next door to Big Sandy in Teays Valley to see Ron Chapman. I've worked with Ron many times over the years and he's always taken such great care of us. Not only did he have the LG Dishwasher that I had my heart set on, but it was $200 cheaper!! Ron Chapman is a real asset to Big Sandy and we truly appreciate the great care that he always takes of us. ~Melanie O.

I called 740-259-3123 for customer service on 5.6.13. I was calling about a large amount of furniture and appliances bought almost a year ago and just now set up to use. I had a problem with a nightstand and the refrigerator and both problems were handled with extreme efficiency and politeness. I recently visited BS in Chillicothe with my mother Betty Petit and we would like to brag on Kurt Rickards as our salesman, he was so very helpful and full of knowledge about the matresses we selected and he was also one of the friendliest salesman I have had th opportunity to buy from in a long time!!! Ladonna, We received our furniture as promised! The delivery men were very nice and what a difference. They were very concerned with the condition and the placement of the furniture in our home. If all your delivery men where like these fellows, Big Sandy would get rave reviews all the time. The furniture looks wonderful in our home. The sofa had all three legs. Just wanted to let you know we have been a long time fan of Big Sandy. We have purchasedfromyour stores in Parkersburg and Chillicothe, but we live in Lancaster. I always told my husband I thought a Big Sandy would do GREAT in Lancaster because we have no options,other than SUPER EXPENSIVE xxxxx or kinda junkie at xxxxxx. I am SOOO excited for the your store to open in Lancaster.I am SOOO excited for the new store to open in Lancaster. A lot of people here in town have never heard of Big Sandy and I have been telling them all about your good deals, quality furniture, nice sales folks and great financing options for those of us who need it...but, was able to pay it off early with no penalty.
