Big Sandy Superstore has created a Furniture Triage Service to help expedite your repair process. Our Furniture Triage service can determine, with a little help from you, how to quickly and efficiently offer repair for your furniture using an everyday tool to assess the issue: Your cellphone!
The process is very simple: Take a minimum of 4 pictures of your product, following the instructions below.
Submit your pictures via text to (740) 253-8889. Please include the full name and phone number used for your purchase.
We will contact you via text or call within 48 hours of your submission, with an answer to your request.
WHAT TO PHOTOGRAPH
1. A picture of the whole product.
2. A closer look at the damaged area.
3. A close up of the damage.
4. A picture of the ID Tags on your furniture
5. If your product is motor powered, an additional picture of your power switch, motor with label, and/or power converter unit would help greatly.
EXTRA TIPS
• A clear, steady and well-illuminated photograph will help us to easily identify the problem.
• You can submit as many pictures as you deem necessary, but the ones previously mentioned would be indispensable to expedite the process.
• ID Tags are located on the underside of your furniture, or under your cushions, depending on the manufacturer and type.
