If spills occur, blot as much of the stain as possible with a clean cloth. Use a small amount of mild soap and water to clean the area. As with anything, use sparingly and in a small, inconspicuous area first to test results before applying to the entire rug. Blot dry with clean cloth. The use of a rug pad is recommended; initial creasing is normal, and these will generally fall out within a few days to a week; tightly reversing rolling the rug (pile side out) and leaving in warm area for several hours will aid in the removal of creases or lingering fold marks.
